Oil change.....do I need tires yet? No ,the young fellow said. You have a few thousand miles left. ( I already have 60000 miles on them) The honesty is overwhelming.

This was the first time that I purchased a car at Four Seasons Ford. Prior to that it had always been at Asheville Ford. But I have no regrets over the change. I find the staff at Foour Seasons professional knowledgable, helpful, and proficient.

The wait was 2 hours, but well worth it. There are fast food facilities within a 5-10 minute walk. The service attendants were friendly and very Ford savvy, and answered all my questions. This was my first F-150 service since buying it new from Four Season’s Ford.

I made an appointment online and even though they were...

I made an appointment online and even though they were very busy, I was in and out for my oil change in under an hour. While they tried to follow the safety guidelines for the pandemic, there were customers who walked in without wearing masks. I read the sign on the door about medical conditions causing someone to not be able to wear a mask, but what I've learned is that this is mental fear because people can breathe with the mask on. None of the maskless people stayed as they didn't have appointments, but I hope that if one ever is present for a longer time, that the Service Center would have a way to keep them on one side of the room away from the rest of the customers. The person who helped me at the counter was very helpful in explaining how their checking the car came out.

Wearing masks during an epidemic is important. They do not abide by mandates. The service department is inept. They sold me a lemon, a Ford Fiesta, and refused to work on the vehicle.

I cannot put into words how grateful I am for the kind and compassionate care that I received from everyone! Thank you so much, really!!
