What a totally pleasant experience. Mac and Lisa were a pleasure to work with. Mac did all his homework and demonstrated all the features of the vehicle. He was very engaging and managed the entire sales experience. Once the deal was agreed upon Lisa took over with all the paperwork. The entire process was very efficient and thorough. It was amazing how easy it was to deal with these folks. I purchased a car two years ago from another dealer and it was difficult to close the deal and they wasted a tremendous amount of my time trying to pickup the car. I would highly recommend the Wynn group for your next vehicle and in particular give Mac a call. He knows how to work for the customer and doesn't waste your time. I am very satisfied with my vehicle and the process to get it.

I'll keep this short. Wynn VW has a car shown on their site that's not available. When contacting them by text I was told it was available and asked to come in at 6:30 by Erin S. and an internet sales rep. would meet us. Upon arrival we found no car or anyone named Erin and then told an internet service not connected to this dealer gave that information. Wynn VW is NOT the place to consider shopping for a new car.

I've been a Jim Wynn VW customer for about 15 years. I won't buy from another dealer. Their sales process is exceptional. Friendly, thorough, and honest. Additionally, the service team is similarly exceptional.

I had a wonderful experience working with Simo and purchasing my 2022 Atlas from Wynn VW. Simo was incredibly helpful and responsive in the preliminary stages of car buying and when we finally decided to purchase our vehicle from Wynn, the experience was smooth and pleasant. We expected the final paperwork to take half a day but we were in and out quickly and seamlessly. Simo personally walked me through setting up the features in my car, connecting my phone, etc. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Simo and Wynn VW to friends and colleagues!
