We always have a great experience at Jim Wynn! Steve is friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and keeps in contact. We have been buying and leasing cars here for a decade and always enjoy the process and leave with a beautiful car. Both Steve and Rob are great listeners and do a fantastic job making things work for us.

The car buying experience at Wynn Volkswagen was great...

The car buying experience at Wynn Volkswagen was great from the moment I walked through the door. The staff was friendly and helpful in every way, I felt that the salesperson and the finance manager were both very professional, honest and helpful. Things moved at the right pace every step of the way and I’m very happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership to others looking for a pre-owned or used car. If I ever decide to buy new, I would certainly consider returning to one of the Wynn dealerships.

We have been in urgent shopping for a car, and due to good reviews decided to visit Jim Wynn dealership. Steve not only help us choose and test our new car, he stayed after hours to finalize the deal and ensure that we would be capable pick our car in the shortest term. He was courteous and knowledgeable.

Horrible experience. Called a month before a lease...

Horrible experience. Called a month before a lease termination date looking for an Atlas. Worked with salesmen who urged me to put down a $1,000 deposit to secure a vehicle we wanted (specs, color combo etc...). Provided the deposit 3.5 weeks before month end with the promise of knowing if they could secure a car within a week. I was told a few days later a car was "secured", just waiting on ETA information. I checked back in every few days to see where things stood and as a gentle reminder of my timing (I have three kids, all under age 5, and we were losing our only family car). Responses to my messages were sometimes nonexistent or a few days delayed, at best, and when I did hear back I heard "secured your car", "is at port", "on train headed our way", "will be here the week of the 21st." Once I was assured it was coming, I made arrangements with my current car dealer to sell my car out of my lease to realize some equity value, which needed to be done by month end. After ignoring multiple messages, salesman calls me four days before the end of the month and says "oh darn, bad news -- the car was sold by another dealer." WHATTT?? It was never mentioned that this was a possibility. In fact, no one ever told me it had to go through another dealer first. "Murphy's Law" -- he says. Not so much as an apology until prompted. This left my family with no car in three days. So what to do? Escalated to the GM, who basically said "sorry, my hands are tied. I can offer you another car in 30 days, but oh btw, I can't give you the same financing incentive or cover any costs incurred in finding new car or passing on sale offer from current dealer." Unhelpful. GM offered to help me find a replacement car 2+ HOURS AWAY. Also not helpful. To say I was misled is an understatement. Dealership offered no creative solutions to get this remedied, and instead left a family of five -- with three small children -- with ZERO options other than spending MORE money and driving MULTIPLE hours to MAYBE find a suitable replacement vehicle. What is the point of a deposit if this can happen? And if this can happen, why wasn't this possibility previewed so I could make an informed decision? If I had looked elsewhere, I lose my deposit...what a crock. Very disappointing experience, to say the least. Proceed with caution here, and absolutely never put down a deposit unless the car is on the lot. Have never encountered anything more unprofessional than what transpired the last few days.

We worked with Simo Chaoui and he was easily the most professional sales person we worked with across several different dealers in our search. He was knowledgeable, fair, got back to us quickly, didn’t pressure us, and was all around a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommended him!

Excellent experience buying my Tiguan through Simo! He was patient with all of my questions, highly communicative, and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for in my next car. The trade-in and buying process was seamless. I would highly recommend talking to Simo about buying or leasing your next car.

My experience working with Simo was fabulous. Simo answered all of my questions and never provided any pressure during the sales process. To work around my schedule, Simo even offered to come in on his day off to deliver the car to me. During the delivery process, Simo clearly explained the features of the car. I would refer Simo to anyone - great experience. Thanks Simo!
