They were flexible, accommodating, professional, and removed any stress from the equation. Multiple times they picked up my phone calls and talked me through whatever the issue was. What I valued most in my experience was that when they said they would do something, they legitimately followed through and conversely when they said something couldn't be done, then they didn't do it. I value straightforward and reliable information (which I have found is hard to come by in numerous other experiences for car purchases). From the first encounter with Zach, this was a superior sales experience. Zach listened and was responsive to our questions. He made the test drive relaxed and did not make us feel pressured. It was such a good experience that after testing driving 10 other cars, and negotiating with several other dealerships, we made the decision to come back to Valley Imports. Then our experience talking financing and warranty with Matt was also exemplary. He patiently walked us through our options and taught us a few things! In the 30+ years I have been purchasing vehicles this was the best experience I've had by far. Valley Imports' staff wants you to be satisfied with your vehicle and genuinely cares about each interaction. I will be returning there for my next purchase.
