Jennie was extremely responsive to all my communications

Jennie was extremely responsive to all my communications (within the minute most of the time!, even on her days off!). She made the purchase experience seamless and explained to me in details about what to expect at every step. When she sensed my hesitations in certain areas, she knew exactly how give me the assurances I needed to proceed with the purchase. Also, I had to come at a later time to get a couple of accessories installed; she was on top of it with the service team and car rental. I appreciated not having to work with them separately and my only communication was through Jennie. In summary, my experience with Jennie was 5 stars!

This is my second time working with Jennie Huang now and it has been such a great experience. She explained clearly what's happening and what will happen. Gave me all the details about the car, and I finally got my dream HR-V under her wing. I would definitely refer more people to Jennie, and I did! Curry Honda and Jennie were of great help after sale supports as well!

I bought my first Honda at Curry 14 years ago and have been coming back for service ever since. I recently came in looking for a used car but ultimately decided to buy a new car instead. Roy Neal has been a very good low pressure salesperson patiently giving me all the options so that I could make my decision. He then helpfully explained all the features on my new car. We had been to several other dealerships, and they all came off as artificial and even a bit smarmy. We found the car we wanted at Curry Honda, and had the privilege of working with Roy Neal. It is hard to imagine having a better experience. Roy was helpful, genuine, courteous, and was just simply a fine gentleman. The car was well described, the transaction was very straightforward, and we are more than pleased with the result. Kudos to Roy and Curry Honda for their approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
