This was my first car buying experience where I felt I

This was my first car buying experience where I felt I was in the driver's seat. TEST DRIVE After careful consideration of my needs, I reached out to Jennie and only had time to take a test drive. I was trying out a 2025 CR-V Hybrid Sport-L in Urban Grey Pearl (the best color). Jennie explained features in context and didn't rush me or try to sell me on anything; she just let the car driving experience speak for itself. NEGOTIATION Jennie was always responsive when I presented competitive Out the Door (OTD) offers to her from other dealers. Curry Honda started with a competitive discount, which indicated to me their intent to make a deal happen. With Jennie's help, and armed with a pretty competitive offer, I was able to get exactly what I wanted - with Curry Honda throwing in some add-ons for me. I had been dreading the process, but after working with Jennie, I was surprised that my experience was actually rather pleasant. SUMMARY If you are in the market for a Honda due to their reputation for reliability and features, I highly recommend working with Jennie. She is passionate about what she does, and that level of excitement shines through in her interactions with her customers. She's the opposite of pushy, and she went to bat for me to the sales leadership to help me clinch a great deal. This CR-V is the most comfortable, safe, and enjoyable vehicle I've owned, and I hope it lasts for many years. But if I need to get another, I'd give Jennie a call. I highly suggest you do the same.

The purchase of my vehicle was seamless and easy due to the efforts of my salesperson, Roy Neal. Unfortunately, I had to come back to the dealership two additional times to have a couple repairs completed that should have been caught when it went through service, although Daniel Obando in service worked very diligently to make sure I was taken care of. Because of this it ate up several hours of my time both days. Overall it was a positive experience
