Happy customer.

Happy customer. Very easy transaction. Called about the truck that checked all the boxes. Spoke with Jeff Gilbert . Went up that morning. Jeff was very knowledgeable about everything with the truck. I felt like I had known Jeff for a long time, I have a lot of friends and I’m sending them all to Jeff Gilbert at Bellingham ford. I only have one thing I haven’t figured out; where is the CD player.?

I serviced my car ( changed the engine oil) with this

I serviced my car ( changed the engine oil) with this branch (James St) twice and i am disappointed twice. My car is Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium. Recently after they done changing the oil, I entered my car, I could smell very strong oil. I thought they probably spilled it while they pouring it or filling it up. So I drove it away. The next day, the smell was gone. But after I drove the car, I could smell it again. I thought probably the A/C ( heater) that bring the smells into the car. So turned it off but can't for long time because my windshield started foggy and I can't see clearly. It's dangerous and I feels cold in this weather so I let the heater running. My kids could smell it too and they dislike the smells. I called Ford Bellingham and complained about it. They said i need to bring it for diagnosis and leave the car for the whole day. I requested for a free charge to check it out but they said NO. I will need to pay $175 perhour. OMG!! I was surprised how much it would cost me if I leave my car that long!! So I decided not to sent it for diagnosis. I felt dizzy inhaled the smells for few hours yesterday. I stopped driving and asking my friend help to check the car. We were surprised to find out that the lid ( cap) for the engine oil was missing and the oil messed everywhere on the engine and the inner hood. The engine oil was very low. This is dangerous for my safety and health as I was driving long distance to Seattle and Mount Vernon recently. The previous service ( my 1st with them) was they makes mistakes writing on the reminder sticker and mileage that I need to come back in 3 months time but actually i purchased the expensive oil which should last for 6 months but it's was too late because they already drained out the oil after I noticed it in the system during the 2nd time service. I was not happy when they said they can't do anything about that. I was expecting some refund or voucher or discount but nothing . Very unprofessional and irresponsible.

This is one of the best experiences in car buying for me.

This is one of the best experiences in car buying for me. There was no hassle from the beginning. I first came to the dealership just to see how comfortable the vehicle would be just sitting in it. I was not at the dealership very long. I went home to talk about the vehicle with my wife. We both agreed that it was a perfect fit for our growing family. The purchasing process was more informative and easy to work into my financial goal.

Brought my vehicle for a recall for a seatbelt.

Brought my vehicle for a recall for a seatbelt. Supposed to take an hour, then was told I needed a 6 hour software update. Had to get a ride so I wouldn’t have to wait. After 4 hours I was informed the update had failed and they didn’t have the update in their files. Haven’t yet received the call I was promised to bring the vehicle back in to complete the update. Now I have a a notice for another software update but afraid to use Bellingham Ford. 2022 Ford Bronco.
