Great Experience

Great Leasing Experience!

Nate was FANTASTIC! The rest of the experience....

First of all, I can’t say enough wonderful things about our salesman Nate Kolstad. Not only was he extremely professional but also very personable. I would recommend Nate to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle. He is not pushy and truly listened to us. Nate was a pleasure to work with, if he was at any other dealership we would purchase all of our vehicles through him! I do not have anything positive to say about the rest of our experience. It has been two months since we purchased our vehicle. We still do not have plates or the title. Buying from a dealership should give you the peace of mind that everything is in order and will be a smooth transaction. We did not receive a fair price on our trade in (which is listed for almost 5X what they gave us on their website, also it’s the same price I paid for the vehicle 49k miles ago 5 years ago). We were also asked if we were interested in returning the vehicle, because they had already “promised” the vehicle to a wholesaler. The general manager did say he would give us our trade in back with a full tank of gas... a full tank of gas? We drove over two hours to pick up the vehicle we had done extensive reasearch on. The vehicle was purchased as is because it did not meet their standards to be a front line vehicle. We had all of the service done on the vehicle with new parts. When the general manager was made aware that we had done the necessary work he was upset and asked us not to put any more money into our vehicle. Again, OUR vehicle. We are now playing phone tag and emailing back and forth getting little to no answers on the status of our license plates and title situation. We understand issues come up and there can be bumps in the road, therefor we have given the general manager plenty of time to make things right. As my family is in the early stages of a deployment this has created a lot of unnecessary stress for us to work through being many miles apart. We have reached out to counsel. If we had not done our research we would have been unfairly convinced to return a vehicle we had legally purchased. I am saddened to think about how without doing our research we may have returned our vehicle we put a large amount of money into as the general manager tried to convince us that we had to return the vehicle. Very poor customer service was displayed by the general manager. They take pride in being “fair” with their customers. However, we strongly disagree as we are still waiting to learn our outcome of our purchase here. 8 weeks later... still not resolved. I truly hope this was a one time deal for this dealership, trying to convince us that we were obgliated to return the vehicle was not appropriate. Hopefully they do not treat other customers the way they have treated us. It has been very stressful and disappointing.

When we discovered that there was going to be problem getting the title on the Yukon you bought, we reached out to let you know that the titling and licensing could be delayed. My new small truck

Glad to downsize my truck from Chevy Silverado 3500 to Chevy Colorado after I sold my 5th wheel Travel Trailer. Old Truck gave me good adventure trips for 5 year. Look forward to have new chapter with Colorado truck Thanks Casse for introducing Nate to me

True to their slogan

Fast, fair & simple... Purchased a used vehicle from Nate Kolstad on 7/2/2018. While it helped that we knew what we were looking for, we were in and out within an hour including the test drive.
