Oil change and oil was filled up 1 quart low. Was told to bring it back which would have been an hour round trip. Will take elsewhere when next service due

I love, love, love this facility!

I love, love, love this facility! However, during my last oil change smudges were on the car. When I noticed it, it was pouring rain and I didn?t want to go back in. This time I asked to have it wiped off and they did not get to it.

Service staff quoted one price that I signed off on and then dramatically changed the price during pickup. Even if it was a mistake, it was unprofessional and terrible procedure to commit to one price and then require a different one.
