I walked in trying to trade my car in (2011), and I walked out with a 2019!! All thanks to jasper! He was so helpful! Made everything easy! When you come, ask for jasper!

We purchased a used vehicle on 5/20/2023 at Family

We purchased a used vehicle on 5/20/2023 at Family Mitsubishi of Wichita. We were told we would be treated like "family" & they would take care of us. After the purchase, we weren't treated that way. The vehicle has multiple issues that haven't been resolved; requesting since the beginning to return this vehicle & convinced by the dealership's service department to use our purchased warranty even though they promised to take care of these issues at the time of purchase. Then they decided they could fix the issues instead of using the warranty but the issues they did "try" to fix were a fast fix & the issues returned. They then stated they would swap out the collateral for a different vehicle & even provided all the details on it to be swapped out with. They decided again after a week that they were unable to do the swap & they haven't communicated with us since that time. I have called leaving a message 35 times with only 6 return phone calls. We mailed a certified letter to the owner of the dealership including a timeline & notes of all the issues, with no response to our 10 day deadline I tried to contact the dealership with 4 more calls & leaving a message but still no response. They have stated they will take care of the problems, then change their minds & then no discussion/response from them. They have continued to be very unprofessional in all aspects. This has been over a 90 day ordeal that has drawn out over the summer with 100+ temps & NO air conditioning; plus all the other issues they have not fixed from the beginning purchase date. We will never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership due to their lack of customer service & communication skills. They say they are a cut above the rest but they are far from that. Unfortunately, we will be trading this vehicle in towards a different vehicle at local dealership which we will take a loss but the only option we are left with so we can move on with a decent vehicle & decent dealership.

Nobody knew anything sbout this! Omg

Bought a new car from them Got a couple small warranty issues My service guy isnt there. Voice mail box is full Nobody knew anything My sest belt is beating up my car Did I make a good choice??? Well see. Thw. They will fix the body also Ongoing ptoblem. I got dropped like a hot potatoe. WOW!

Not a car lot it's a freaking joke

I bought a used Dodge ram there and I've been trying to get. It serviced because it has a front end problem and a clunk in the rear end which is probably the rear end period But I cannot get anybody to answer the phone in service. And if they do I get the run around that? They have no other car for me to drive because one has been wrecked and 1 has been total and I'll only left them with 4 well my goodness. Looks like? Everybody is. More important? Who's? Making. Payments? The deal is. I paid my 16000 off immediately. I bought it with cash and I can't get a d*** thing. And my wife bought hers there as well.

This is such an awesome dealership!

This is such an awesome dealership!!! Jasper is a whole vibe. Chill, reassuring, and super friendly. This has been the most pleasant experience I've had with buying a car in a long time, thanks to Jasper. He really took care of me and such a great guy! Already recommending to family and friends.

Our experience with Family Mitsubishi was great!

Our experience with Family Mitsubishi was great! Our salesman Jasper was honest and did not pressure us into buying anything. We bought a car from him and we're very pleased with the communication we received from him! He was very personable and we would definitely buy another car from him!

Jasper was absolutely terrific in helping me find a

Jasper was absolutely terrific in helping me find a vehicle. I drove a few cars before finding one that was a great fit. He was not pushy and just fantastic to work with. Would definitely recommend him to friends/family or anyone looking for a vehicle! Everyone there was friendly and the sales manager was pretty great also!
