Quick to schedule appt., gave me a lift back home after dropping off for service. Completed service as promised with estimate of cost to be picked up after hours. When final bill was tallied, it was significantly more than estimate. I elected to delay pickup to meet face to face. Ms. Stewart addressed my concerns with careful explanation and with higher approval worked my concerns out to complete satisfaction. My confidence in Mitchell CDJR excellent customer service remains in tact. Well done!

My experience involved being given a specific quotation only to discover added expenses upon collecting my car from the dealership. Fortunately, Mrs.Virginia proved helpful in addressing this disparity and finding a mutually acceptable outcome although it ultimately cost me beyond what was first mentioned.

I was only there to get an oil change. I usually buy a new car every 3 years but had no intentions of doing so that day. I started looking around with Wyatt & fell in love with the Wagoneer. Next thing i know im purchasing it. I have never had so much fun buying a car & will always buy cars only from your dealership in the future. Thank you all so much.
