friendly and helpful

I have purchased my last 9 cars/trucks here. Easy to deal with, low pressure sales and friendly and helpful service department, that puts forth effort to explain repairs.

Best place to buy a car in East Tennessee

Daniel Webb was very helpful and easy to work with.Best price on a new F-150 that I have found. Great service after sale!

Happy in my new truck

I have always wanted a truck, and with Ford F-150 being top rated, I shopped for one. When I visited McNelly Whaley, I immediately liked that it wasn’t “big box” shop. It is a community dealership where people matter. They were very nice and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I never felt pressured, but instead felt like they really wanted to help me find what I wanted and gave me a good price. I will definitely go there again and am happy with my purchase.

Great sales and service departments

Friendly no pressure sales staff. Friendly professional service department. We have used the service department for quite a while. We purchased a new car for our granddaughter today, and Paul made it a very pleasant experience. Thanks again!

Top notch dealer

Have purchased several vehicles from McNelly-Whaley and have always been very pleased with their sales staff. Their service department has been great the few times we needed them. Will definitely be buying my next vehicle from them!

Sorry excuse for a service department

My truck was setting there for a month in the lot no one would even look or tell me what was wrong with the transmission or how much it would cost to fix it. I called a recker service to pick it up take it to Ted Russell Ford. McNally Whaley Ford is I sorry excuse for a dealership. They are very rude will not call you back they just set at the counter and look at each other.

Poor excuse for a dealership!

My stepson bought his truck here, tried getting a tire issue fixed and they kept blowing him off until he got mad and left, came back a few days later set with the same garbage, my step daughter went to buy a mustang here, she put a 1000 down then the saleman came back and said he needed a consigner her dad went to co sign then the salesman/Loan person said he needed another 5k down on top of the 1k really on a used mustang, then after she said she wasn't doing that he told her to get the mustang out of her head she needed to buy the Kia they had on the lot, needless to say she left insulted, I searched for the exact car she wanted found it at interstate Ford near Dayton Ohio (I live in Ohio) no hastle did everything over the phone got the same exact car and a year newer 1500 down and very friendly and so easy to work with, well now her service light came on and she called McNally Whaley Ford to see if they would check it and have it looked at the woman was rude with her and said it wouldn't be able to be serviced until the fifth of January and told her she could always go somewhere else, so she did she went to dandgidge ford, these people are rude! Don't waste your time or money with them!

Slow slow

Stopped there as we were on vacation and needed new tires. To put 3 tires we were there for 4 hours and they scrapped up all our rims on our vehicle. Very incompetent.

extra mile....didn't even try

My family and I were visiting the Gatlinburg area for a couple of days on our way to Myrtle Beach. We had a issue of our vehicle not starting the second day, July 27th. I called road side assistance to assist, they were helpful. I called McNelly-Whaley Ford to see if I could have it towed there and I was told "no". They stated they were too busy, people were on vacation, and there was nothing that could be done for us, UNLESS WE WAITED TO WAIT UNTIL AUGUST 7TH, that was the next available opening they had for us. I find this sad. I am a Ford share holder and consultant for Ford Motor Company. Now I know why people talk bad about Ford.

Liars

Very disappointed in there serivce and been lied to once I purchased the car they never held up there end of fixing the broken part.
