Today Day cheverolet has made my car expierence amazing. This is my first purchased vehicle from a car dealership not to mention they had great customer service. My sales agent was C.J. Earl he was so funny great person to work with and he got the job done . At Day the had refreshments for my children and a very clean professional enviroment . My sales agent made me feel important and was concerned about my needs and wants with that they gained a customer good job C.J.I'm very pleased with my purchase. It was an awesome expierence.

I walked into Day Chevrolet on April 13th on a mission and was greeted by Tim Williams. He was extremely nice and he listened when I talked :) . I told him I had 2 cars in mind and that I had certain requirements in a vehicle that were not negotiable. My daughter and I finally decided on the shiny blue cruze in the showroom. Tim chatted with my daughter and gave her numerous lollipops and cookies, while I did paperwork with Cappy ( the one and only wonderful finance god who went above and beyond ). We came back the following the day to be greeted by CJ Earl. He is extremely friendly and personable. He makes you feel comfortable to voice any concern you may have. My daughter thinks he is just a dream. She sat there making a mess of his desk and he didn't notice or make a smart comment once. We took the car out for a test drive and CJ was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The papers were signed and I was on my way. I was missing a car key that was somehow miss placed at some point and it did take a lot longer than I would have expected for it to come in but, CJ called me every few days regarding it with an update. Sadly my car was also in the shop with a few minor electrical issues within the 2nd week of ownership. Theodore got all of the issues resolved but those issues came with an adventure in itself. I now have my car back, it works and both sets of keys. I had excellent customer service. The things that went wrong with my car had nothing to do with the service of this sale. I would definitely buy another car from the dreamy CJ and Tim the wonderful listener, as long as they have the help of the one and only powerful Cappy. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family looking to buy a vehicle in the near future.
