Beware

I purchased a 2018 BMW 330e from this dealership in January of 2023 for my daughter who is headed to college. The look of the car caught my daughter’s attention, and the mileage (26,000) caught my eye. I spoke with the used car manager and they said they had the car available to look at. I drove down to the dealership and it was gone. They said it would be back the next day and for me to leave a deposit so it wouldn’t be sold. The next day I css as me down and looked at it and it was a very nice vehicle. I asked why such low miles and was told it was used as a loaner vehicle and that nobody ever owned it. I ended up purchasing it, but before I completed the purchase the finance gentleman tried to add an additional year of payments to my agreement. Good thing I looked before signing. That should have been a sign. Here we are 6 months later and a major component went out that controls the transmission and starter and guess what, you guessed it not covered under the $3000 extended warranty I was sold. I was then told I also needed a break fluid flush which is $249. I called around and everyone else was charging $149-$189. The issue is they automatically charge you a $220 diagnostic fee whether you get it fixed there or not so you are basically forced to get the work completed there. The prices are significantly higher than other shops and I’m pretty sure there’s a reason behind that. Anyone in the car businesses knows the bread and butter of a dealership is the service department. So I paid almost $500 for a component piece that was not covered under my extended warranty that I purchased on a car that was supposed to be a Certified Pre Owned vehicle. The real kicker is I went to another dealership to possibly trade this vehicle in and was told there were four owners over five years ranging from Hawaii to Tucson. So I was lied to from the beginning. I’d avoid this dealership at all costs. Their ethics and sales tactics need work.

Normally I take dealership reviews with a grain of salt,

Normally I take dealership reviews with a grain of salt, but this place is beyond the pale. Just an absolutely miserable experience all-around, which is saying something considering the reputation that franchise dealerships carry. Over two weeks ago I traded in my car at this location. My new car arrived last night with parts missing, non-working key, and dirty. The delivery was delayed because of a part they "had to order from Germany." The part that caused the delay was missing when the car showed up. They are somehow still working on the financing, despite having already listed my old car for sale. They care more about flipping inventory than their paying customers. These people do not care about their customers as soon as the transaction has been completed. Their finance team is either incompetent or acting maliciously. Sales team will avoid you as soon as you sign a contract. Parts doesn't even know their own cars, but they will attempt to upsell you on additional services. The team here is truly despicable. After I had already signed, one of their team members had the gall to brag to me about selling an elderly customer dozens of cars while he's suffering from dementia. I have no idea why someone would think this is an appropriate thing to mention. Revolting behavior. The finance team got hostile with me for simply asking a question about when my vehicle that I paid for would be ready. I will be pursuing legal action against them if they do not pay off the lien on my car as contractually obligated. They also have not provided the title to me or my lender, which is preventing me from registering the car. As of this writing, I have still not received the parts that I paid for. Since they don't like answering phone calls or questions, they can deal with a chargeback on the deposit instead. Go somewhere else, there are plenty of options in the area. Lesson learned -- they'll never get business from me again. I've worked in sales for decades. You do not get repeat business by lying to people.

Went in for repair on a heating element for a seat.

Went in for repair on a heating element for a seat. The first pickup the back of the car is trashed, the back of the seat is damaged and the driver seat that was repaired the leather is loose! Looked like a two year old put it together. Tell them I’m absolutely not taking the car back like that. Come back 3 days later pick it up, the leather is now better. The back of the seat was repaired with what looks like melted plastic instead of replacing the piece. And the best part, the back of the car is still TRASHED!!!

😡Horrible customer service!

😡Horrible customer service! Their finance department keep lying to us and avoiding a refund they have to give us for extended warranty for the traded vehicles. I will never recommend them to friends or co-workers. Service department have played around and lying as well. Manager don't take responsibility and when we ask about the person who dealt with us, the next thing we know is they don't work with them anymore. Please save your money and go to another dealer!

Will never work with this dealer again.

Will never work with this dealer again. Got screwed over on one of my deals because I was never told about only being able to trade my leased vehicle into a bmw dealer. Also I cancelled warranties on a vehicle I bought in January and it’s been over 3 months and I still don’t have either of the checks. I was told that one of the checks would be ready today but it wasn’t and I was told to come back Monday, it might be ready then. Also the other check I’m waiting on is going to take another 6-8 weeks on top of the 3+ months I’ve already waited.

Do yourself a favor and do not deal with this deal

This car dealership is horrible and has no ethics. They wrote a contract with me know that my down payment was part of a bonus I was receiving on Friday. They said that wasn't a problem. Send me my LoJack info for the car. Sent me an email congratulating on the purchase of car. I called Friday and asked what to put on the cashiers check. I show up and was dropped off to pick up my car. They sat in a chair and returned 20 minutes later to advise that the car had been sold. I was appalled. The car was still on the lot. I sat there for over 3 and a half hours talking to 3 different managers. The said the contract wasn't binding since there was no money put down. At no point in time did they call me to ask for money earlier or advise me that I was in jeopardy of losing this car. Then they did even call me to stop me from being dropped off at the dealership. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership. They lack morales , ethics and empathy.

Connor was awesome!

Connor was awesome! Very nice and helpful and didn’t hesitate to show us all possibilities. He was very easy to work with and answered all our questions. Very patient. I would definitely recommend working with Connor!

This dealership is phenomenal.

This dealership is phenomenal. Saul is amazing and helped us find exactly what we needed. He followed through on everything and we will definitely go to him and Arrowhead again for future purchases! Everyone from the sales rep, finance, etc. were kind and helpful. Professional, personable, helpful, classy, and accommodating. Highly recommended!!

My wife and I visted this dealership to do a trade in

My wife and I visted this dealership to do a trade in deal. I worked with Jeremiah Caughy and Saul Estrada. to work out a deal for a beautiful vehicle they had for sale. I want to say that both Jeremiah and Saul were absolutely a pleasure to business with. They were professional, curtious, kind and fair! I appreciate the way they conducted the deal we ended up striking, and would 100% do business with Arrohead BMW again based on my experience. Everything from the test drive to the online communication and finance process was seemless. Thank you Arrowhead BMW!
