our new dodge durango
I dont typically write reviews on anything at all. already knowing what type of vehicle we were looking for. we stopped in at west herr dodge of lockport this was our first time looking at this dealership in lockport. interested in buying a new durango. the wife and i were met on the lot after browsing for a short period by a salesman by the name of john lopacki. for a salesman he was not pushy, asked if we knew what type of vehicle we were interested in. so we explained that we did have a particular vehicle in mind and john helped us through the entire process with no problems at all. we traded in a vehilcle with low miles and he got into exactly the vehicle that we were looking for. we could not have asked for a better experience from a sales individual. thank you john for a great vehicle.

Too big to provide effective product support.
f you are looking for service after the sale, steer clear of this clown show. Long story short, they've gone corporate. Everything scheduled for service for their various dealerships goes through some separate call center. The people at the call center couldn't give a crap about service. I spoke with "Jay" who apparently runs parts & service for the entire group of dealerships. He told me he has "27 people" taking calls, and setting appointments. 27 PEOPLE!!! Think about that. No wonder cars cost what they do! Some government agencies have less customer service employees. Yet, with all that incredible man power.......I couldn't make an appointment for an oil change until I called the corporate headquarters and spoke with "Jay." As the cool kids like to say..........Sad! NOTE TO JAY: Dear Sir, if indeed you do have 27 employees answering the phone in a remote location making appointments like you told me.....you don't run car dealerships Jay. You are running a failing telemarketing jobs program. While I'm sure the folks of western N.Y. appreciate the jobs, I'm just trying to get an oil change Jay. All I want is an oil change, in under an hour by a factory trained technician. Based on my experience, your company has grown FAR TOO LARGE to provide this simple service effectively. Therefore, despite creating 27 jobs, you simply cannot effectively stand behind the products you sell in any kind of credible way. Your corporate leadership has failed, and you've all lost sight of what's important......THE CUSTOMER. Not breakfast, not Monday morning excuses, not ridiculously rude receptionists,...but the little old customer. You've lost sight of your mission in an effort to grow. Now you've lost a customer. Goodbye Jay & West Herr. P.S. 2019 automotive forecast is grim. I'd try not to lose anymore paying customers.

Horrible dealership
I got a car 4 months ago there been problem after problem. Not to add the fact when I drove it off the lot it should had pass inspection. Used car manager fill people lies and sell you something at a price it shouldn't even been and the fact the vehicle should not have been on the road the day of sell. Right now West herr bought them but same crappy service. I lost work do to my car being in the swrvice many time and this weekend. Im definitely moving taking action and had tall to the attorney general office and will be taken them to court

Anthony Olecharski is the best salesman, very helpful, always answers my text messages when I have various questions about the Jeep which took me a while to get used to driving!! Great guy!

We looked online at the selection of used Town & Countrys & chose 2 to consider. Bruce brought them both inside for us to look at. He knew the product very well. Answered all questions. We had financing in place so the sale went quickly. We are pleased with our "new" Town & Country & would shop at Mullane again. Thanks Guys!

Don't waste your time
To think that the GM reached out to me via email and then failed to respond to my email or voicemail says a lot about the company. Also, the salesman had an easy sale, I went to purchase a wrangler no work from him needed -- somehow the payment accrued an extra $2000 for purchase price ... plus Mike Nixon got short with us ... everything we requested at the beginning was negated 2.5 hours into the process. Save your time and go somewhere else. I was warned not to go hear, and next time I'll listen.

Great car great price
This is my second purchase from mullane and I'm extremely happy with everything. In another 10 years I cant wait to take an hour drive to go back. And a big thank you to Joe Nelson for helping to make this happen.
