Watch out for what they sale

I purchased this vehicle less than a month ago and the check engine light and other lights are coming on already! I shouldn’t have these issues with a car I just purchased! Yes it was easy to get a car with them and also the sales people are awesome! But I can’t say that about the vehicle.

Kelsey was professional, funny, and helpful. I would suggest anyone looking for a vehicle to contact her. She offered no pressure on the sale. When we needed clarification, she offered quickly and concisely.

Great salesman Gavin hale was the best car salesman ever and ofcourse he had a great manager backing him Jason was great as well. I would recommend Roanoke drivetime to anyone I know. Thank you again for a great experience Gavin.

Gavin is a champ! Very knowledgeable, considerate, and courteous. I very much appreciate all of his help during a tough time. I was very satisfied with the whole staff in general. They were all very good people.

Longer than I hoped for process, but overall good experience

I found a SUV online that was located in Charlotte, NC. After calling the Charlotte store I was directed to call the store in Salem, VA that was closer to me. I went in on Thursday evening and got all the information and set up to have the SUV brought up from Charlotte. I was told that the vehicle would be available Monday or Tuesday at the latest. After calling on Monday I was told that it wouldn't be ready until Tuesday morning because it needed to get a Virginia inspection. I told them that I would come by Tuesday evening after work to take a look at it and give it a test drive. When I arrived on Tuesday evening I was told that the SUV hadn't been inspected yet and that it was at the vendor thay use to get state inspections. After waiting 30 to 45 mins the vehicle did show up and after much discussion with the manager I was allowed to take it for a test drive. They did make it up to me in the long run and they had everything prepared for me the next day so I didn't have to wait around to complete the sale. The SUV is great. It looks brand new and it is a 9 year old vehicle. After all was said and done the team was helpful and worked hard to make up for their mistake.
