Was financed through my bank for my dream car, had the dealership the $28,000 check within 24hrs. It was one of their used vehicles, not a BMW. Less than 24hrs later, my AC quit working and the temp gauge on the dash was no longer working. I called and left a message since it was on Sunday, I received NO call back. My AC started working early the next morning so I wasn't too pressed on the issue. A week later the same thing happened. I had my mechanic check on the car and there was several issues that needed to be addressed. I called them and immediately took my vehicle in for service since it had been less than 10 days of buying the vehicle. I've tried calling for updates on my car and get nowhere, its like they screen the call and refuse to answer. I've been trying to get an update on my vehicle for the past hour but they keep cycling through the hold music and having me press 2 for service. This is by far the worst experience I could have imagined for purchasing my first vehicle. I will be warning EVERYONE I know about this dealership.

Looking for a BMW and ended up with a lemon
On July 20,2022 I went in to purchase a BMW x5 and everything seemed good till in October my battery went out and left me stranded. I took it in and purchased a new battery and there the nightmare began. I was advised that my car had a oil leak from head gasket, I needed 4 new tires, break pads, and a filter. I'm very disappointed that they would sell me a lemon. Well on November 7th I came in and they replaced the head gasket they were done in a 5hr time frame. I came for the car took it home Stull smelled the burning oil but thought maybe the oil that dripping out, well November 14 was taking the ride to sams when error message low on oil came on so I came to the dealership and they advised me to bring it in for an evaluation. So I dropped it off had hubby pick me up , today I sit in the lobby with them advising me that the car has a oil leak in another place and I'm definitely assured they sold me a lemon. A top notch BMW and I get a lemon with $1937.25 1st repair and the new quote $1755.02 plus the $230 for the battery.

Terrible service
I took my car in for repairs in August. When I got home, noticed there was fluid on the floor of my garage. I called them and was told to come by, they’d look at it. In the next few days (I don’t live in CC, so took a bit to get there) I realized the windshield wiper fluid was leaking. I stopped by and was told I’d need to make an appt. It took almost 3weeks to get an appt. During the butterfly migration! My appt. Was at 8 am and I live over an hour away. Got there to be told they are at least 4 days behind at looking at the car. They gave me a loaner, turn they should have called me to see if I’d like to bring it in 4 days later. Also, I ordered touch up paint. Paid for it online but never received it. I stopped by - it hadn’t been ordered. So they are red it and we’re supposed to mail it. 2 weeks later, I had called 5 times and left at least 2 messages. No one answered the phone and no one returned the calls. I stopped by and was told they had no record of it. Finally checked on the back and found it. This is ridiculous. Terrible service.

I was able to trade in 2 vehicles and he did all the legwork leading up to the sale. He made it one of the easiest car purchases I have ever experienced. I’m very happy with the service I received!

I was looking to buy a new BMW ix50 that they had in stock with pictures showing it available online. When I contacted the salesman and told him I wanted it, he said the car was available. I told him I had $25,000 cash, a paid off 2021 BMW X3 Mi40 with title in hand as trade, and I was pre-approved for the loan through my credit union. They did not want my business! They said because I was out of state, my money was no good there! I could not believe it! It was everything I wanted in a vehicle including the color and all the options. But because I'm not in Texas, I cannot get it. The salesman was very unprofessional and did not respond to my next two texts. Nor did he answer my phone call. I wanted him to know that it was a legit purchase. I have those texts saved from him as backup. Anyway, choose another BMW dealership in the great state of Texas over this one. I bet you'll get a better response. There are many other good dealerships that are happy to take your money.

Parts Department
I own an auto mechanic shop here in Corpus. We needed to buy a part for a friend who owns a BMW. There was a young man in parts we talked to on the phone that sounded like he loved his job. He was so nice. When I usually call parts places, they are rude or very unknowledgeable. When I went inside the BMW dealership, I asked for him. His name was Roque Herrera and he was just as nice in person as he was on the phone. He helped me get the correct part and never gave up and was so patient and professional. I sure do appreciate him and I told his boss to. His boss was just as nice. Thank you, BMW for hiring professional and nice people.

When only the best will do!
Bought my second vehicle in 2 years from them yesterday. Not a BMW, a Honda for my 17 year old daughter's first car, the first was a Hyundai. My main man Johnny Rocket treated me like family went over several options and safety features to take in consideration of my daughter. This place only cares about treating their customers with respect, dignity, and a great overall customer service experience. I financed a portion of the vehicle this time and guess what, Luke in the finance department was an absolute joy to work with. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle this is your place! Unlike several Corpus Christi dealerships there is no nonsense here and if a trade in vehicle doesn't meet their rigorous inspection standard it goes to auction plain and simple. In addition you can get BMW's premium warranty on ANY make you buy from them and let me tell you it's better than some manufacturers. I have been looking for 3 months and unfortunately inventory is at a stand still now so it made me consider lowering my standards. Never again after visiting several sleaze bag other dealerships it was worth the wait. So happy Johnny called me with some new inventory arrivals and found another treasure. Please do yourself a favor and be patient, the vehicles will come and get what you want and need. Don't settle for less!
