Rude salesman (Chase)

These people are rude. I should read the review before even going there. Chase, the salesman I dealt with had zero patience, and when told him I didn’t like the car I test drove, he kept pressuring me. I went elsewhere to purchase a car I like.

Vehicle shopping shouldn't be an agonizing experience....

Vehicle shopping shouldn't be an agonizing experience. My wife and I had been actively looking for five months for a used SUV. We went to see a newly listed one at Bill Hood Pre-owned / Ford Lincoln. Mr. Kenneth Clark greeted us with a smile and a willingness to help. Of course, an almost five-year vehicle is potentially going to have some issues. During our test drive, any concerns we voiced, Mr. Clark immediately and confidently promised to correct them. And he is a man of his word. Bill Hood dealerships price their vehicles to move, so we were comfortable with the purchase price. Even weeks after the agreed-upon sale, Mr. Clark still provided excellent service when we returned to retrieve the new license plate. I can't recommend Mr. Kenneth Clark enough. Even if you need another brand of a vehicle at one of the many Bill Hood dealerships, contact Mr. Clark at Ford Lincoln. He genuinely has a desire to help.

Bad experience aug 24 2020

Got a 2018 escape nov of 2019 have had nothing but problems with it sales person rude and service mang was even ruder been in shop there more than we drove it

Horrible experience in every aspect my car broke down 3 days after purchasing the employees are rude I don’t recommend buying any thing from them

I love the customer service they gave it was very pleasing to me and my wife she was so happy with the people there I got brownie points for taking her.

Unconcerned salespeople poor customer service

Ray T had a lot to say while I was buying my car. He went on and on about how great he was and how awesome his customer service was however- has showed otherwise. Called day after bought car to advise of issue I noticed and ask for recommendation. Never got a call back. When I asked about it a week later was told oh looking into this will get back with you. Ha 3 weeks later still no reply. Will never return to this delearship again. Poor customer service by someone who bragged so highly of themself. Oh the irony.

Horrible customer service

I called the dealership to ready to make a purchase TODAY. I spoke to a lady expressing my interest in mercedes convertible and explained I lived 2hrs away and that I would like to iron a few things out before making the trip. She explained she was the person that could help me with that, then told me she would talk to her Manger and also send me a credit application .It should be noted I called in the morning but gave them until 4:30PM to do so. I then called back and told them I had called before and had been made promises that had not been kept, I was then put on hold and transferred to no one.I could understand if they thought it was a waste of time but I had even revealed to the rep that I had an excellent credit score and debt/income ratio. We literally could have made a deal today and I apparently didn't rank high enough on the importance scale.

Great little dealership and friendly staff.

Smaller more cozy dealership. For me it was exactly what I needed. No rude salespeople attacking me or trying to pressure me into buying
