Still trying to resolve vehicle exchange the Elantra .I had to exchange this vehicle since the original had a electric problem that took over 8 days to fix if in fact the problem was ever resolved. The car was brand new. Got wrong registration VIN number and wrong VIN on financing.

OUTSTANDING DEALERSHIP
I am 71 years old and never returned to any dealership for a second purchase, that is until I moved to Tucson and bought a 2005 Hyundai Tucson, then a 2007 Hyundai Accent., then last week A 2017 Hyundai Tucson. That pretty much sums it up. Jim Click has an excellent reputation in Tucson for good reason.

2017 hyundai elantra
Khalid did an amazing job. I came in for an oil change on my old car and Khalid made me a great offer for my trade in. Although the paperwork took awhile, Khalid was nice enough to get me lunch. I am very happy with my new car.

EXCELLENT RED CARPET EXPERIENCE
I am very pleased with my new car. It is everything and more I anticipated. I just took it on a trip and was extremely satisfied with the gas mileage, how comfortable to drive and how much room for luggage and passengers. I received "Red Carpet" treatment from The Jim Click Automotive Team at Jim Click Hyundai East. From the minute I stepped on the property and met the Sales Manager Carlos Villasenor and even met the General Manager Erich Stahlman who gave me a welcome gift (nice touch). My main experience was with Alberto Gonzalez who basically is a first class act. Alberto took the time to sit down with me and explain every aspect of the vehicle, took me for my test drive, gave me a tour of the dealership and met the service department team. Alberto basically has kept in touch with me since my purchase and I know I am in good hands with his expertise, knowledge and kindness. Thank you Hyundai -- I plan to have this car for many years!!!

MY "IONIQ" HYUNDAI
I HAVE BOUGHT THIS "IONIQ" WITH THE IDEA THIS WOULD BE ONE OF THE LAST VEHICLES I WILL PURCHASE FOR A VERY LONG TIME. MEANING I BELIEVE THE "IONIQ" WILL LAST A VERY LONG TIME AND I WILL DRIVE THIS VEHICLE FOR MANY MILES ACROSS AMERICA FROM COAST TO COAST FOR AT LEAST 10 YEARS, WITH THE HELP AND ASSISTANCE FROM HYUNDAI AND THE EXTENDED MAINTENANCE PROGRAM I PURCHASED. THE BATTERY ITSELF, HAS A LIFETIME GUARANTY.....YAHOO AND 50+ MILES PER GALLON. OMG,OTH!
