It was quick easy and everybody was very nice. The process was not very hard at all and I thought it was going to be a lot harder we got a great car for a great price

They actually sold me the car at advertised price. I also bought a service contract that covers my vehicle. I didn't have to talk to 4 people to get the payment I wanted. Very smooth purchase,, I would recommend visiting this dealer only after you have delta with the scammers out there. Or if you don't want the stress just visit them 1st

Carl was great to work with. I came in with a pre-approved amount and a car that I was already looking for. He was very direct and I appreciate that. Deal went through quick once I decided to go with them and their car. Definitely recommend.

Great experience just took forever to get bank approval. We worked with Dean, he was a great guy and they didn't mind that we had three kids with us.

Was a great experience! Walked in told them what I needed. No hassle at all. I was out running errands all day. They called said come get your new truck. Completely painless process. The location was Apache Trail, and Palo Verde. Truck I purchased needed tires right away I noticed. Told them about it and everything is taken care of.

My experience is from out of town..i discovered they don't ship cars...so getting exact vehicle condition info is critical for a purchase...no engine pics on a camaro engine...sales person refers you to the inspection/service contract people who can tell you nothing about the car...check the carfax was the response..suggested I fly in to inspect it..said they would provide info and pics after I called to xxu... pre approved for the purchase..after 2 days of nada I call back again and the vehicle is sold...don't even waste a breath on them if your out of town and looking for a streamlined purchase expierience...the car was beautiful...but it appears they can only work with what's standing in front of them...

The people here are absolutely wonderful!! I do not have great credit and have always hated going to car dealerships. I really needed to get another car but have been really dragging my feet. The last thing I wanted to do was sit at a car dealership all day and walk away empty handed, which has happened plenty of times in my experience. Ideal Cars (Carl especially) has really changed my view. As soon as I stepped on the lot I was greeted by one of the salesmen. I asked him to give me a little bit of time to look around and he said I could give him a holler if I had questions or wanted to test drive one of the cars (I hate it when they hover and he didn't!). When I found what I wanted I found him quickly and told him what I wanted and explained I didn't have great credit and what I was able to pay. I was really expecting them to have me fill out a bunch of paperwork, wait a few hours and go home empty handed. Nope, that didn't happen. I filled out a piece of paper with my information and sent them my bank statements, did a test drive, told them I wanted to buy the car and I was driving home within the hour with lower payments and interest rate than I was expecting, it was awesome! The next day I took the car to a mechanic to check it out and they found a couple of things that should be taken care of. I went back to Ideal Cars and spoke to Carl, who said he would contact their shop and they would be in touch. A half hour later the shop is calling me to set up an appointment to bring it in so they could take care of the issues found. I was totally impressed!
