There are definitely vehicles on lot that are available that are not listed online so for a full idea of options, you HAVE to go in person unfortunately. The financial manager was pushy and impersonal. The salesperson was overall great to work with, although neither had explained the change in monthly finance payments until I asked about it. The finance manager was just ready to get us signed and out the door asap. The salesperson named Sunday was friendly, understanding, and I would definitely work with him again. If we didn't need to get a car that day due to personal circumstances, we may have just gone elsewhere (mainly due to the financial manager). Overall, it is what it is and we did purchase a vehicle from them. Would use them again in a pinch if needed.

sold me a vehicle that is not legal to drive and will not assist me to fix - brakes and running light not working missing fuse solved the brake issue but unable to locate issue w running lights

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!! Carl Burk (the salesman) accused me of trying to save money so I would get more when my 90 year old Father-in-Law (the buyer) passed away! INSULTING and DISGUSTING!! NEVER AGAIN!! In addition, repairs that were promised before delivery were not completed.

Great place to find decent cars. But if you can find that one gem in the bunch it's a great deal. And the guy that helped me Bill Pressler, very nice older guy. He helped me get my 2019 Dodge Charger and me everything I needed with it.

As a first time buyer, I had a great experience at Ideal Cars. I was able to finance a car in my own name, with my monthly payments where I needed them to be, AND they were willing to help with some of my concerns about the small wear and tear, that comes with buying a used car. Would definitely recommend!!
