I visited their website and submitted a credit application online. I was contacted quickly by Ashley Casselle who was very helpful and understood my credit situation and was happy to help me out. She gave me great service and explained the process in depth. We set an appointment for me to come in and test drive a 2014 Toyota Camry and things were done quickly and efficiently from the test drive to the final purchase. She assisted me with instructions to expedite the process such as adding insurance. It's been about 2 months since I've had my car and I love it and everything is going well. My decision to purchase from Hertz had a lot to do with the sales person ( Loreal Jefferson ). She guided me through the " Hertz- rent to own " process with such efficiency it made my decision to purchase the first vehicle a no-brainer. The second purchase and any future purchases will definitely be because I trust her integrity, honesty and social interaction. Loreal Jefferson is a very good employee and salesperson whom I would recommend to every one of my family and friends.

So we made an appointment to see three cars that we were interested in and headed off to Hertz. My expectations were not high given my preconceived notion of what this place was going to like. Boy was I wrong. We were met by Loreal Jefferson who saw to our every request, including moving a car out of the show room so we could test drive the vehicle. She answered every question and concern and allowed us to discuss, without typical salesman high pressure, what was the best choice for our needs. We purchased a 2012 Honda Accord and drove it off the lot that day. When next we need to buy a car this is where we will first look and Loreal is the person I'll request to handle the transaction.
