Damien and the staff were super.

Damien and the staff were super. He was friendly and fun to deal with. He made us feel very comfortable. Usually buying a vehicle is extremely stressful but that was not the case. We were fortunate to work with him. And other employees were very personable, talking to us while Damien was handling the paperwork. Didn’t even come home with a headache!! Great job!

2019 Colorado was leaking for an air flow vent in the

2019 Colorado was leaking for an air flow vent in the rear of my cab and carpet was wet. Wanted 1800 to repair or 3800 to replace the sheet metal which holds vent in place. Told them to leave the back seat out, popped the vent back in place and dried out the carpet. Cost me 10 dollars for a bit and some drying time. The part should never leak and service center should stand by product and not over charge for nonsense. Buying a Tacoma next time.

Sam was fabulous to work with and really made the entire

Sam was fabulous to work with and really made the entire experience enjoyable. We traveled from Long Island, New York to see the car and Sam made a point of considering that during our dealings together. He is very knowledgeable on the process and the vehicles. I appreciate his patience with me, as I asked many questions. He is a kind man and lighthearted! We truly enjoyed the experience! Next time you buy a car, Go to Pine Belt AND ask for Sam!!

The Pine Belt family is on top of the game as always.

The Pine Belt family is on top of the game as always. Mary W. my service advisor took care of everything for me with no worries. My Malibu PREMIER needed overnight service and I was provided with a free loaner vehicle. Bill the technician did an immaculate service and repair with a nice video shot to my phone showing me details of review of my car. Brian in finance renewed my extended warranty with great coverage and very reasonable rates for the next few years. And of course I can't leave out the Service Manager who oversees the service dept. All in all I recommend others to visit Pine Belt Chevrolet between Lakewood and Brick NJ! Dr. Doug C. LTCol USA (retired)
