Scheduled minor maintenance for vehicle. Alex at service desk assisted me. Alex addressed a separate vehicle issue that was addressed under warranty while I waited. He was polite, professional and keep me informed throughout the process.

I came in for an oil change.

I came in for an oil change. I asked that all the fluids be topped off. To my dismay when I came home the power steering was making noise. When I checked the was no fluid.This is tye first time that this has happened to me. Needless to say I am disappointed. Normally they are great.
