Boardwalk Honda responded quickly when I needed a new

Boardwalk Honda responded quickly when I needed a new battery for my Ridgeline. Got an appointment within an hour, and truck was fixed and back to me within a few hours. Detailed explanation of repairs completed, and they texted me first to authorize the work. Alex and Ryan were very nice to deal with.

Made an appointment, was greeted and helped by an associate by the name of Kevin Hileman, he provided great customer service by explaining everything thoroughly to me, was patient and accommodating. I was given loaner car, service center did a diagnostic test and came up with what was wrong my vehicle. Kevin kept me up to date on every stage of the repair. So appreciate him doing that, again, excellent customer service.
