The sales experience was better than expected. However, Shane Conroy is an arrogant SOB who thinks it's OK to keep us waiting for almost an hour for our 8AM appointment to close our deal without giving us a simple apology. Then, since he is better than us, when called out for the affront , provided a half-assed "i'm sorry" platitude that meant nothing. It was a personal affront which says I have your money, I'm important, your not, you can wait so I can see someone else in your slot and I'll get to you when I can.

Made the whole experience very easy. Everyone was helpful and pleasant throughout the whole process.
