Went very smooth except for when i picked up my new car. The car didnt have an inspection sticker and i was told to go to the service center and "maybe they would have time. Its first come first serve and you have 7 days to get a sticker". When i pay that kind of money for a brand new car, i expect to have the car totally ready for pickup. Including the inspection sticker. I had a car that i was not trading., The salesperson know this. I was not in a rush to pick up. They should have waited until the car was COMPLETELY ready to pick up. I feel this is not good customer service.

From the day I first contacted Hyannis Honda and expressed an interest in a 2024 CR-V Sport-L I have had nothing short of smoky, professional and courteous service from them. Jack Gilooly was my sales representative and he was thorough, knowledgeable and always available. If we had the need to replace another vehicle in our family I would contact Jack immediately. He made the entire experience top notch!

Brian Moran is an excellent sales agent.
Brian Moran is an excellent sales agent. Once he helped me choose my HRV he went through all the options the car had. I had to return a rental car and couldn't find the keys I thought I left them at my Harwich home. He followed me all the way back from Hyannis. I couldn't find them. He drove back and found they had slipped down the side of the driver's seat. He called and had the Hyannis Enterprise agent pick up the car for me. He communicates by text and email. I cannot say enough good things about him. I would DEFINITELY refer him to other customers. Sutzi

For the most part, I am satisfied with the dealership.
For the most part, I am satisfied with the dealership. I would like to point out, however, that your advertising is just a bit misleading. I was under the impression, given the content of your advertisement, that my payment would be around $400/mo. I have excellent credit, I purchased a car less expensive than the one cited in your ad, and I paid a deposit of $5000. Yet my payment is $560/mo. While this amount includes two programs presented to me for the protection of the car and to protect against lost keys, etc., my payment is more than I had hoped.
