Tony was very professional and I am happy with the HRV that I bought. BUT I feel that I was deceived by the text that lured me in, an offer to buy back my old HRV at up to $1250 over market value PLUS a purchase credit up to $7,500. I didn’t get near the $1,250 over market on the trade-in and it turns out that the “purchase credit” only applied to EVs. Also, you have to read the fine print for the $500 incentives for veterans, grads and loyalty. Although I am all, I’m too old for the first 2 and was told that the loyalty was built into the trade-in. Very slippery advertising! Respectfully, Craig Torrie Senior Citizen USMC veteran
