Great purchasing experience from the first email to...

Great purchasing experience from the first email to driving off the parking lot in my SUV. My sales consultant, Rob Stevens was a pleasure to work with. He and the finance department put me in the vehicle I wanted and at a price that fit my budget. Five Stars all around.

Younger and Tim Moats are the best

Hands down the best dealership I've ever worked with. We worked mostly via phone and email, since our household was down a vehicle. Salesman Tim Moats listened to what I needed and helped us find the perfect vehicle: a low mileage 2018 Ford Escape AWD SUV. Then he worked miracles with Dwayne in finance. I'm still not sure how they got us into such a nice vehicle at a down payment and monthly payment we could afford, but by the time we got there, the deal was already set. I can't say enough about Tim and the Younger team!

Unkempt promise & unresponsive mgmt

Test drove new Highlander there. Left at 5pm (closing at 8) after their offer & they agreed to hold vehicle until 10am next day so I could discuss with wife. Contacted them next AM to learn they sold it within 2 hrs after I left. Calls & emsgs to GM went mostly unanswered. Awful.

This was a painless process in these trying times of car...

This was a painless process in these trying times of car buying. I saw a recent trade-in on line and called Louis (my salesman) to ask him if it was still available and if the car was described in the add. He called me back 10 minutes later after confirming they indeed had the vehicle and it would be a good purchase. I put it on hold that day and picked it up a week later after it had been cleaned and inspected. I was not disappointed. Thank you.

The Greatest

Very bad customer service from Claire Paulishak

Don’t go here.I had very bad customer service today.her name is Claire Paulishak.I am very angry.I am never came back anymore .and said everybody don’t go here.I want give rating is 0.but Cann’t select 0 .I am asking about my service .she is playing cellphone .and I say to her what is customer service you had.I am never seed like you customer service at Toyota dealer.and she said go ahead go other dealer.I am shaking and feeling very bad.my rating is 0 for Hagerstown Toyota dealer.

Don’t go here!!!

Absolutely horrible. Don’t trade in a car and expect to jo longer have a car payment because you’ll be paying on two cars when you only have one several weeks later!

DC area buyers....take a short drive to Younger!

The entire process from the initial test drive to driving it off the lot was as smooth as possible! No pressure from the sales staff ever. Every question or concern was answered with complete transparency and honesty. Tim Moats was instrumental in getting all my questions answered from my first drive and through all my sales concerns. Gary Cohen also helped resolve every single issue that came up at delivery time and beyond to make sure my post delivery problems were resolved as soon as possible. Definitely worth telling all my DC area friends and family!!
