I've been a long time customer of Manly Honda having
I've been a long time customer of Manly Honda having owned two previous Hondas and Manly Honda doing all the vehicle maintenance over the years. I bought my 3rd Honda from Manly Honda this month, and Svetlana was wonderful as my sales rep throughout the whole process. I traded in a 14-year-old Honda vehicle without the safety technology to a 2025 Honda vehicle with all the safety technology, and I was on a huge learning curve with all the technology. Svetlana showed me the different features and patiently answered my long list of questions. She is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is very engaged with assisting her customers and loves the work she does and it shows! Ali was a gentleman throughout the finance process and assisted me in finding the right add-on package for my car. No sales pressure from this dealership. I was offered a good price right up front for my Honda trade-in that was competitive with Carmax, etc., and there was no hassle at all with that process. Thank you Svetlana and Ali!

The first time I brought the car in, I waited for my
The first time I brought the car in, I waited for my appointment with at least 10 people behind me for the service advisor. Once it was my turn, I gave my name to the advisor, and she stood in front of the screen for at least 10 minutes trying to log my car in. I could not wait any longer and left. I scheduled another appointment. This was a big waste of my time and a very frustrating experience. The second time my car was actually serviced. Carlos tried to explain how I was billed for a regularly scheduled maintenance. The actual invoice stated that the car was serviced for a 60,000 maintenance, which had been done in 2023. Carlos tried very hard to explain what service was actually performed- which was different than what the invoice stated. Manly Honda should not get any stars. Your employees are working with a broken system and trying very hard to serve your customers. Get your act together - Honda owners deserve better.

The price quote for the camera that should be replaced as
The price quote for the camera that should be replaced as part of a factory recall is out of control. $1300 for a part that is significantly less expensive elsewhere. Then a labor charge of over $400 to install a part that takes about 5 minutes to install and another charge of over $400 to calibrate.
