Friendly, laid back, best prices! Kyle was great to help me get good financing! Worked and worked to make a deal! Zach singleton was my salesman, great guy, friendly, laid back always going the extra mile. I have bought several from Zach always left me happy and he was out there polishing even better while I was filling out the paper work!

I purchased a new vehicle from Corbin only to find that
I purchased a new vehicle from Corbin only to find that the vehicle had damage that was not disclosed at purchase. There is a dent on the cab roof and white overspray on trim parts. The paint colors (white) don’t appear to match on the passenger side doors. I notified the dealer with no one returning a follow-up communication. Don’t trust this dealer!

Bought a used car here and the purchase/trade process was
Bought a used car here and the purchase/trade process was amazing. We moved to Mississippi a few days after purchase and let our sales rep know something was off with the suspension. She said to get with a dealer here and let her know. Well it needs almost 4000.00 worth of work and has been at the shop here for 3 weeks. Have a CPOGO warranty that won't cover the repairs and an extended warranty that won't cover the repairs because it is damage nor part failure. Also found out that the vehicle has been wrecked and although they stated it was Inspected it in fact was not or these issues would have been found when lifted on the rack. When they were contacted they basically blamed the dealership in Mississippi but after meeting with the manager there today it is clear this car has an issue and Corwin pretty much told us it's not there problem! Done a lot of business with this company and NEVER again! Buyer Beware!!

Sure. You can buy a vehicle from here, but they wont properly service it ever... Corwin adds parts to your service ticket without telling you. Stellantis (Owns Dodge) Will refuse all warranty work. Black 21 ram 2500 Silver 21 ram 2500 Clogged Def Pump. Not Covered After 50k miles, with extended warranty Silver 21 ram 2500 refused warranty work because the service advisor had to be placed on hold for too long. (happened at Corwin Ford) 23 ram 2500, Transmission Exploded at 9k miles. Sat for weeks because they couldn't "find" the parts. Stellantis also refuses to replace DEF parts on this truck (with a 200k miles extended warranty) THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, BUT THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THIER PRODUCTS! Austin (service advisor) Told me to take my business elsewhere, and told me they would refuse to work on my truck today. After I told them I would make a scene on the showroom floor they magically could perform the work. ^This of all things was the last straw. That is now why I am writing reviews. DO NOT GO HERE. It's not Just Corwin It is also Stellantis

They contacted me wanting to see if they could purchase
They contacted me wanting to see if they could purchase my vehicle for a customer of theirs and said we could trade for me something newer. Told them I would be interested drove over an hour there and they didn’t even look at my car just kept wanting to know what my budget was and what I would spend. To me let’s look at the numbers first and then we can go from there on budget. I kept asking if they wanted to look at my car and they just kept say we can but if you owe more you will have to pay the difference if you don’t trade. They really didn’t wanna work with me at all when they were the knew that contacted me to begin with.
