I have been looking for a new vehicle for over a month now. Every dealership I went to were very unprofessional and pushy, I hated that. I wanted to be content in the car I purchased. This dealership did just that. I worked with Ruben, and he made sure I knew everything about my Honda, and that I understood all the paperwork I was going to sign. Hands down the best experience I have ever had getting a lease. I had such a hard time finding a car in the midst of this minimal chip situation we are experiencing. I got in touch with Sean (Sales) who was recommended to me by my family who got a 2021 Pilot a few weeks ago. Sean was awesome! The minute I drove up, he was able to answer questions and allowed me to test drive the vehicle to my husband (who, surprisingly, LOVED the Passport). The next day I linked up with Jake to go over numbers again and come by to sign for the car. Jeff greeted me, he knew exactly who I was and handed me the keys congratulating me. After all paper work was done I was out the door in my brand new 2021 Passport. I am in LOVE with my Honda Passport! Because of the great service I received from sales and management.. I would 100% recommend Honda in Boise.
