Awesome Salesman

New Cooper tires, beat the areas tire dealerships.

Having purchased 2 vehicles from LHM in past 7 years, continue to go to Service Tech/Writer/Mgr. Tyler McClain for sage technical advice. Most recent is for new tires for wife's 2015 CRV AWD Touring vehicle. Shopped major tire outlets in area and Tyler matched then beat the best written quote by $50.00.

I am beyond impressed with the customer service we received from Cooper Blanc! I have never experienced such a wonderful time purchasing a car! Cooper took his time and taught me everything I needed to know about my new Honda passport!! We have never dealt with Larry H Miller in the past. We were reviewing SUVs for purchase and saw an add for a Honda CRV and decided to check it. We had a budget and even used cars exceeded that amount. LHM's price for new was close to our budget. We met Salvador and he showed us the used cars and the showed us the new vehicle that was to be delivered. He was never "pushy" and answered all of our questions. We decided to purchase the new vehicle and ordered it. Thank you Salvador for your patience and knowledge.

Many car dealers in SW Idaho are difficult to deal or work with. LHM was straight forward in all aspects of our interactions with their staff. We would recommend them to any of our friends.

Service Department

Honda Oil Change Service was very efficient. Kudos to Service Advisor, Michael Munoz, for his expertise! I leased then purchased our 2018 CRV in 2018 which was a great experience.

Negotiated price over email and phone and completed

Negotiated price over email and phone and completed transaction smoothly in dealership. I didn't particularly care for their extended warranty sales tactic which reminded me timeshare sale in Mexico, but overall it was good experience. Car delivery was excellent, sales person was very nice and friendly. Facility is great.

Larry Miller Honda is excellent. My salesman, Dick was wonderful. He listened to me, was patient, and made sure I got everything I wanted in the car. So happy to be driving a Honda again.
