I have bought now two vehicles from this dealer and they

I have bought now two vehicles from this dealer and they have been really great. Daniel was the one that sold me my first car and samir was there as well the first time but this time samir sold me my new car. I would and will buy from this dealer again. Hopefully not for a long time. We also have all our. Vehicles serviced here too. It makes it so much easier.

I was returning my vehicle for a oil after having 15k

I was returning my vehicle for a oil after having 15k service, noticed oil in my driveway. After opening the hood I noticed fryer wires on top next to a junction box next to the passenger fire wall. When I arrived at service department by Rafael, I informed him not only of the oil leak and frayed wires, I showed him pictures of the oil spill in the driveway. I also had pictures the the frayed wires. We opened the hood, before bending towards the firewall with no lighting, Rafael pronounced, I must a rodent problem. I was totally taken back seeing that Rafael didn't use a light to assess the damage nore did he look closely at any area. Rafael's lack of better assessment and curt tone of communication left me with little more than a negative interaction all for the lack of the service department not putting the oilpan plug back correctly. I hope Rafael can display better customer service communication in the future.
