Luke was courteous and helpful with addressing my recall. He went above and beyond after I mentioned my Nissan Connect wasn’t working. Now it works thanks to Luke’s perseverance. I didn’t know what I was missing until it was fixed. So grateful for Climate Control. Brrrr

I didn't like the paper work handling including the late

I didn't like the paper work handling including the late fee for the expired tag...I ask to be a cosigner for my son. Not to be the owner of the car and now need to do extra transaction in a DMV.... they care about them self,...

I would after moving 3 states this would be the worst

I would after moving 3 states this would be the worst dealership of all. I moved from Texas to Colorado a week ago thought to change oil but when I went there they were very unprofessional with the work not reseted the maintenance time and meter the sign was there didn’t checked the tire pressure after knowing the weather condition also my I car is not driving as it should be . Like every time I change oil I feel the difference but this not I felt like they didn’t changed it. I mean after all this I personally can’t trust this specific dealership not sure about others.
