They didnt fix the issue and now i have a flat tire.

They didnt fix the issue and now i have a flat tire. I took my car up there repeatedly for issues and they never could figure it out and they finally just gave up after picking up a nail in my tire which they wont fix. I will never go there again

Came in with my 2024 Sierra HD for 3 recall notices.

Came in with my 2024 Sierra HD for 3 recall notices...informed my service rep of all 3. He said he would take care of it. After 2 hrs.20 mins. they informed me my truck was ready..Got home and looked at the paperwork and only 2 of the tasks were completed. Sent 2 text messages to service provider and he never answered either of them. Finally called and he admitted he (forgot) to do one of them. Now, I have to make another trip to the dealer and sit again while this other repair is done since they don't provide loaner cars like other dealers. I've also sent a text to the service provider about the remaining fix to be set up but he has yet to respond to me...again.

I picked up my truck after waiting more than (4) weeks

I picked up my truck after waiting more than (4) weeks and it was still not fixed correctly and also had blemishes on it that were not there when it was dropped off to be fixed.

Samantha very professional at attending me communications

Samantha very professional at attending me communications was outstanding! Give her a raise and move her up to Service Manager! My 2021 Chevrolet Silverado received an update the Technicians were done with it in a faster time than promised James Wood has always been my choice for Purchase and Servicing! The rest dont know about the best! Way to go everyone involved keep up the good work! Great customer service is a lost art but James Wood keeps it real! Gave them 10 stars and a dynamite out of sight because they treat people right! Hard Work really pays off! Go get your parts from Trish she is so sweet put her into Parts management team she deserves it and then some. It takes a great team to win a Champioship and they are Champions at James Wood Chevrolet/GMC. Happy New Year Always to all that take pride in working hard to make a living God Bless you all
