I have been working with Autonation Ford Arlington from many years and has always been treated with respect and provided prompt service. I only have one concern; I don't see any minorities working in the service department.

Went to get an oil change on my Ford vehicle.

Went to get an oil change on my Ford vehicle. The service advisor, Dunte Clay, came up to me and helped me with my car. He did ask me if I wanted any other service or even if they had deals for my vehicle. He was very condescending, and rude when I asked about a coupon on the internet that I had found on my own. He was rude again and said he wasn’t aware of any and he walked away. Another service advisor ended up helping me. At the end of my car getting serviced, another advisor helped me. I’ve never been treated this way at any Ford Service Centers. I was truly disappointed. Thanks to the other advisors I’m giving this center 3 stars.

My 2019 F150 failed and needed to be towed to the dealer

My 2019 F150 failed and needed to be towed to the dealer for repairs. Initially at the time of dropping the vehicle, I was told that it will take 1 day to perform the inspection, then 3 days later the Dealer told me that it will take at least 3 weeks. This was not acceptable and needed to tow my F150 to another repair shop for repairs.

Scheduled five recalls and got them all completed within...

Scheduled five recalls and got them all completed within 3-4 days as promised. They even worked through an ice storm that occurred on the weekend and my vehicle was ready by Monday morning. My previous visit was a huge disappointment so I felt hesitant, but they surpassed my expectations.
