Very customer friendly. I was greeted by Kent County Motors Sales Consultant Mr. Rodney Nickles. There was no rush or pressure from Mr.Nickles. He showed awesome professionalism, and answered my questions satisfactory. Mr. Nickles is a great asset to Kent County Motors. The Finance Manager Mr.Rodger was also very helpful, and gave me a great feel of confidence while putting together the financial loan.

After having a great experience purchasing our first new Buick through Chris, we went back to him four months later to trade in our pickup for a Tahoe to accommodate our expanding family.
