We were stranded out of town and they did a great job

Took my newly purchased X7 M50 in for a scheduled oil

Took my newly purchased X7 M50 in for a scheduled oil change. 1st visit to Hilton Head BMW . Service rep was excellent, tech was excellent. 1st class operation!

They did in 4 days what the previous service shop took 5

They did in 4 days what the previous service shop took 5 months to fail to do - and they did it for half the cost. And the service rep (Casey) who worked with me was the most professional, knowledgeable and helpful I’ve ever dealt with. I could not more strongly recommend Hilton Head BMW.
