New Lease

although the dealership is undergoing renovation suring the pandemic , I was able to to enjoy a more than decent shopping experience. Jake was great as well as Jamie. The manager was a gentleman as well. Had a mixup that was resolved quickly . no compalints here!

Excellent Car Buying Experience

An excellent buying experience from beginning to end. Salesman, Delvi Perez was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, helpful and had great follow through. Jamie was equally terrific and hammered the deal home. The financing aspect with John was easy and painless.

Great experience

Everyone was knowledgeable, patient and kind. No hassles or pressure. The car was ready 3 days after signing the papers, complete with new plates and registration.

Excellent Operation

Although undergoing renovations, they staff was friendly courteous and knowledgeable. the service was on point and as expected. Bonus video run-through of inspection and needed service. Excellent job!!

New CX-5

I had a great experience leasing a new CX-5. Jaime Robinson was extremely helpful and patient getting back to me with information and quotes. Delvi was assigned as my sales rep and like Jaime he did a great job all around. Finally Emu in finance was also very nice, open and helpful finalizing the deal. This was my first experience getting a car from this dealership and sad very happy with the process. I got exactly what I wanted for a very fair price. There was no hard sales technique used. I didn't rate the quality of repairs or service since I haven't used that yet but do plan to service the car there. I also didn't rate the facilities since to be fair they are in the middle of a makeover.

Buying Experience Palisades Mazda

Last week I purchased a Mazda3 Hatch and my Mom also purchased a CX30 from Palisades Mazda. Our experience with Ed Grayon was great from the start. He took extra time explaining the features of the CX30 to my Mom to make sure she was comfortable. Our finance experience was also very pleasant with John who walked us through everything in a way that we didn't feel pressured. I normally don't use a dealer for service but we were introduced to the service team and they seem great so we will both service at Palisades.

leasing CX5
