I tried to buy my Acadia on line 2/11/2022. Megan Taylor promptly contacted me, that was the only goo thing in my whole transaction up to Austin Little. I wanted to buy prior to 2/28/2022 to get the Zero interest. Joseph contacted me, I agreed to buy the vehicle, Joseph promised me the paperwork would be sent to me by mail to complete. The paperwork NEVER arrived even though he told me the paperwork was mailed! I arrived at the dealership 2/28/2022 and needed to complete the paperwork there vs saving the time to have the paperwork completed prior to arriving. So picked up the Acadia on 2/28/2022. As I needed to register the Acadia in Dallas, Tx I needed the paperwork to transfer title and register it. I contacted Joseph a week after sale to get paperwork, it was going to be mailed soon I was told. I contacted Joseph at least three more times to check on the paperwork. I was finally told the paperwork and tax check was mailed 4/2/2022. The reason for the delay was blamed on the Texas DMV, I have this in a text msg. still never received the paperwork. Again as in initial process to buy the vehicle the dealership blamed the mail. I finally called to speak to a manager on 4/13/2022, this is now 6 weeks after buying vehicle and no paperwork, I spoke with Austin Little. Austin so far has been the only person at the dealership that actually did anything to help correct the problem. Two business days after speaking to Austin I had an overnight delivery of the title, purchase paperwork and tax check so I could legally register the Acadia. Recap, I bought the Acadia 2/28/2022 and did not get paperwork till 4/18/2022. The only person that I appreciate is Austin Little. I was told magically the envelope/mail with my paperwork was returned to dealer and found the same day I called. Interesting point, if the paperwork was really mailed out on 4/2/2022 and returned why is that the tax check was dated 4/15/2022 . Oh, I was penalized approx. $195 for late filing by Texas, so far I have only been reimbursed $169. McLarty Daniel Dealership has a significant trust issue with me, I cannot recommend this dealership. I don't believe that sales are that busy and the work load is that heavy to justify a 6 week delay. I've owned businesses and would never give a bad review if it was not sincerely warranted, this was.

Arron made my wife and feel that we were important not just making the sale. We changed directions and vehicles we were interested in several times. He would patiently get the information on the next vehicle and said he wanted us to be happy with our decision . After we chose what we liked , he took time to explain the process and seemed genuinely concerned that we were comfortable and informed in our decision. Then took time to show me everything about my new vehicles operations and Functions. I truly am glad he was able to work with us. A very pleasant experience.
