I got no response from this email to the dealer. Mr. Fort, I’m contacting you as I purchased a 2022 Tundra from your dealership on Tuesday. I’m very disappointed how my financing was handled and the inaccurate information I was provided. I am a very qualified buyer and I was presented with a rate of 3.5% for 60 months from Ray. I shared with him that I was aware Toyota was offering 2.49% for 60 months. He informed me that I would be at 4% if I used TFS financing. I tried to look online at the published advertising from Toyota and couldn’t get cell service at the dealership. Ray promised me over and over that Toyota didn’t offer that rate. He was more concerned with encouraging me to refinance and as I said I’m very qualified and don’t need to refinance a car. Sadly, I took his word. After I left the dealership I verified the published rate from Toyota and its clear I was lied to and ethically that is a problem for me. I have been in the car business for years. I know the game. I know the incentives that can be made on loading the rate. But when a buyer has knowledge about the manufactures incentives and is lied to that’s a problem for me. That is not acceptable. I gave your dealership a $2,000 discount on my trade because I was happy to get the 2022 Tundra (based on Carmax value of $27,000). I don’t need to be ripped off and lied to on the financing side. I’m asking that you pull the financing in place today and we redo the paperwork with TFS per the below rate. Or if you prefer to adjust my trade value ACV by $1,380. (this is the additional interest ill pay based on the higher rate). I’m sorry for this email and I look forward to a positive outcome from you. You’re welcome to call me on my cell anytime today.

They, had fast friendly customer service,I bought my truck in 2010,here,and bought a Prius, I wish, they could of came down to 9000.on price,tho.i like that they do a 180 pt, inspection on the cars,then they do a little work to them,to make the car ready to drive!!I got A 15 day warranty,just need to learn more with anti lock system...and a few other buttons on the car...
