Service performed has always been first rate from the time I purchased my Camry here. And the staff doesn't try to push repairs that aren't needed.

All went well except we were very disappointed that there was only one key fob. We still have not received our second one which is VERY inconvenient. We did have a wonderful experience with the staff. It would be nice if we there were actually vehicles to look at to compare.

The price of an oil change is rediculous!! No reason to charge $76 for an oil change!!!!

Fort’s has always treated us with the upmost respect. They look out for our best interest. Great service department, sales and finance people are all friendly and greet us upon arrival.

They did what was needed But the cost of installing The washer pump was more than expectesd.

Aiden was very professional/friendly. He got me in immediately, at the end of the day, for a battery replacement after I had to have my car jumped to get to the dealership. They also did regular service since I was already there so I didn't have to come back for a separate appointment. Very impressed. Always had good service at Fort's!

Chad is the best service advisor. He is experienced and the only one I trust.

Fort's is a high quality, low pressure place to have my wife's RAV serviced. Chad is the person I've had the most contact with and he helps me understand my options for timely service, whether it be tires, brakes, or other needs. I'll be going back there when it's time to shop for another car.
