I was treated with great respect by Cory I in sales. He kept me informed of every step. I ordered a car and had to wait, during this time I left the state, and i was updated on everything weekly. Transparency too. Best dealership best saleperson I’ve ever experienced. Will not gimmick you into buy nonsense either.

Thanks Bryant for the Best Car Purchase Experience

Bryant was an exceptionally good guy to work with, from our first fact-finding conversation to actually getting our hands on our new Rav4! There's a months-long waitlist for these cars, which was a new experience for us, and Bryant kept us informed and was unfailingly patient and positive during the wait period. He was informative but does not use high pressure tactics so we never had those grit-your-teeth moments that are so off-putting. We came away feeling respected. We highly recommend Bryant specifically.

Oil change service.

Oil change service. Took over 2.5 hours (with appointment). When I got home, I reviewed the invoice and noticed they had put 5qts. of synthetic oil in my 2007 Prius, which I didn't request. Also, my Prius only takes 4qts of oil. I have made calls to service department and customer relations manager, left messages explaining the situation and asking for a credit for the synthetic oil - no replies! I also sent 2 emails with no response. Based on my experience, I will no longer have our Prius serviced at Stapp Toyota. FYI I've been having my Prius serviced at Stapp for the last 14 years.

Fred- I'm sorry to hear that your most recent visit did not meet your expectations and apologize for the parts accounting error on our end. Our technicians read oil capacity sheets for each vehicle, however the parts department made the accounting error. I have been on contact with our Customer Service Manager who informed me that we are in the process of issuing you a refund for the additional quart of oil. My truck was purchased from the dealership and the reason

My truck was purchased from the dealership and the reason for this service was some road damage from debris in the roadway; and as it turned out a warranty issue came up during the repair process. All was dealt with and completed before the anticipated pickup date. This is a first rate place.

Showing a step above the others

Made several calls to the dealership on Colfax. They could not get me a rental, lost my reservation, even though I received a text confirmation and didn't tell me it would take a week to get a factory recall completed. From the moment I contacted Stapp, it was a breeze. When I returned, I talked to a salesman about doing some business. The most attention a salesman has given to me to discuss trying to do some business. I really had the best visit and experience with this dealership.
