I recently purchased a used car for my 86-year-old mother and the experience was perfect. They treated us like family and took the time to get my mom comfortable with the new car and technologies. She is extremely happy with the vehicle and I would highly recommend Austin Subaru to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Just great people.

My experience at Austin Subaru was amazing. There was no pushy salesperson or unwanted emails or texts. Just an honest and good salesperson, Clayton. He answered all my questions and went out of his way to find answers he didn't have. He walked me through everything with no rush. Danny in Finance was equally helpful and answered all my questions and helped me get in my car with a great service contract too. I will definitely recommend Austin Subaru to all my friends and family.

This was our second visit to Austin Subaru and like the first time, when we purchased my new Crosstrek, we were warmly greeted. We were there because one of my fog lights had gone out. It was on Halloween and the dealership had a festive attitude with some employees dressed up for the occasion. While we were waiting for my car to be repaired, we had the opportunity to visit with one of the managers, Lucas, both Product and Credit Specialist, Fouad Kassem, and Daniel Elalouf. They came by to say hi and asked if we needed any assistance. It is nice knowing that you, the customer, are appreciated for purchasing a vehicle from them.

Super helpful and friendly employees starting with initial tech when driving up to our wonderful service tech Jacob Mathew’s to the receptionist who ordered our lyft ride. Our concerns were addresssed with professionalism I. A timely manner. Good communication throughout our experience.

We looked at multiple dealerships within the Corpus Christi area to buy a Subaru for our company, and Briana went above and beyond to earn our business. She found the exact car that fit our needs at the price we wanted, and she got us what we needed for our trade. We made the 3+ hour trip to Austin because of Briana. When we got there to pick up our vehicle, the entire team bent over backwards to ensure everything was perfect. We are very happy with our vehicle, and we highly recommend the Austin Subaru team!

We purchased our 2023 Forester in March and had a super experience with Steve, Brianna and Dean. so helpful getting through the purchase process. Six months later a rock to the windshield and had to replace it. Chris in the service department was fantastic and they got the work done in good time. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. I'm a first time client at Austin Subaru. I'm impressed on how all the Subaru personnel work together for the each customer. As I sit in the waiting room which by the way is equipped with snacks, coffee, espresso made to order, I notice all the interactions between the dealer associates and the customers. Each associate interacts with their customer by providing them with status on their vehicle. In my case Adriana was/is my contact and she provided me with most up to date information on my 21-point inspection and let me know when my vehicle was ready . Thank you, Adriana!!
