First - and last- experience with this dealership.

First - and last- experience with this dealership. Start with them taking my car to appraise for trade-in and then not giving it back to me when I said I needed to leave to get my child from daycare (fully an hour later). A ridiculous run around about their time and flat out telling me that they didn't trust me to return. Mind you, this was before any agreements had been made so I was under no obligation to return at that point. I should have walked at that moment and never returned. Ridiculous low-ball offer for that trade-in, citing that they would be sending it out for wholesale. Surprise, it's on their website 3 days later listed for 5k and with no repairs having been done (which it absolutely needs). They seriously started their offer with $150 for that trade. And finish it off with them filing all the paperwork- title, registration, etc- in the wrong name. I know dealerships have a bad reputation, but this place was THE WORST.

iv'e been with kelly nissan for a very long time and

iv'e been with kelly nissan for a very long time and always had very good and timely service done to my car.my service advisor tifanie was great in getting me in and out. the waiting are is also very comfortable.the only thing i will say is that the car wash is not very good!!however i would recommend kelly nissan to everyone that is looking for a great vehicle and excellent service.

Came in for 30k maintenance. Great service as always. Very honest and professional. Tiffany is really sweet and did a tremendous job getting me in and out. Comfortable clean waiting area. Five stars all around!

We chose Kelly Nissan for the purchase of our new Frontier because we have always been treated well whether purchasing a vehicle or having one of our vehicles serviced. This latest purchase of a 2025 Frontier Pro 4X was no exception. Plus the dealership is relatively close to where we live.
