Angela and Andy made the car buying process so easy! They took the time to answer my tons of questions. They got my son hooked up with a movie while we did the paperwork. Angela also reached out after I purchased the car to make sure everything was going well. She took off my car wash sticker to give me the numbers. Such great customer service.

The purchasing process went smoothly, however, I was lead to believe that there was a second key for this used vehicle. I placed a deposit on Saturday and picked up the vehicle on Tuesday. I asked about the second key on Saturday and was put off. I asked about the key upon arrival on Tuesday and was put off until after finalizing the financing. After everything was completed, I asked for the key and was told there wasn't a second key. I am certain it was known there was no second key when I arrived on Tuesday if not sooner. May not seem like a big deal, an approximately $300 dollar key on a $30,000 plus vehicle, but it is to me and why the deception?
