Jacob sold us a Corolla for our oldest daughter a couple years ago and was great to work with-friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. When we were in the market for another vehicle we called him again. He wasn't working that day but he urged us to go in and get the vehicle we wanted before it was no longer available. Jacob connected us with Conrad and he was equally friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. We purchased a Corolla for our other daughter. The process was quick and easy. No haggling over prices, they gave us blue book on our trade and there are no hidden fees just a super smooth process.
