Walking into this dealership you automatically feel like your family, everyone walks around with a smile on their face or greets you and that says a lot about the work ethic of this dealership! Words will never be enough to explain how grateful and lucky I am to have dealt with two amazing people who truly care about their customers and take the time to Make sure Customer walks out happy and understanding and having knowledge about everything to do with the vehicle! I got to give a big shout out to Jaime Tapia and Ivan Flores four doing all the amazing work they did to make sure that I was taken care of these are the type of workers that deserve to be recognized every day for all they do not only as a salesman but as a person to help others out! They are a prime example of what a salesman should be! Out of all the dealerships that I know I can honestly say that this is the first dealership that I’ve ever walked into where you don’t feel like someone’s taking advantage of you but yet they’re there to help you so thank you for all you guys amazing work and yes I would definitely recommend them over and over!

I started off going another valley toyota dealer but the moment I had taken a friend to purchase her vehicle from Valentino at Avondale toyota. Not only his awesome personality but the transparency with the purchase of the vehicle was on point! I liked the fact that everything was upfront and that you were able to see the whole number process happen on the computer in front of you. I enjoyed working with one person and one person only. With that being said, it was then I knew I needed to go back for my next vehicle purchase. Valentino was able to start my application before I had even showed up allowing me to trade in my rav4 and walk away with a brand new 2022 toyota camry with the best deal I could get!
