I am glad to be able to have him do is best work do business with him without any assistance ever needed he know exactly what he is doing no rookies man. I have know him for 2 half years now he has helped me few times already get into make it well possible that I was able to get into my first dream Vehicle at the dealership in Avondale. I have bought 3 vehicles from this place and this last purchase was a TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!! BOBBY FRIETZ was so nice in the beginning to get the sale. But it quickly changed after I bought my vehicle from him and he promised me a few repairs. He didn’t even do his math correct for my pay out to pay my loan on the vehicle I was going to trade in that his manager had to take over. I had to follow up many times after my purchase to get my vehicle fixed and detailed. Then the manager called me to apologize on Bobby FRIETZ’s behalf. I told Bobby “you’re so quick to sale me a vehicle, but not quick enough to help me with the things you promised me” and he said “well anyone can be quick in selling you a car”…that’s when I decided to deal with his manager about the things he promised me to repair on my vehicle. Weeks go by and I finally get a call to take in my vehicle to the service department to have them detail my vehicle only to have them put cleaner fluid in my brake rotors and have them make weird sounds!!! Why would they deliver a vehicle to a customer that is making those kinds of sounds and it was jumping when I would change shifts!!! They delivered the vehicle after the service in a worse condition than when I had bought it. So the service guy (forgot his name) told me “well you did buy a used two year car with 30k miles” like are you kidding me????? I was disappointed in both the sales and service department. Kelly Alejandro at the service side was shocked that her service guy would say that to me. But she was also aware on the lack of communication Bobby had when writing the “I owe you” form. I had to do the work for them. At the end Kelly did help me and the manager Scott in sales. Scott had to take over Bobby because Bobby didn’t do his job right and Bobby still kept on texting me even after I told him to stop texting me. I will never do business with this dealership again.

Valentino is amazing. He made my car buying experience easy and stress free. It was great to be able to work solely with him throughout the whole process.
